Common Carp (Japan)

While on a business trip to Japan, I put in a little time fishing for carp in a small pond close to Tokyo. I teased them up with pieces of bread, and then caught them on a bread fly. (Oct 2004) 

Kingfish - Florida

I caught this nice king drifting big "eat me" flies over some wrecks in 150 ft of water off the Boyton Beach inlet. (August 2003)

This small snook was one of many taken around the docks inside Jupiter Inlet whiel night fishing with Scott Hamilton in January of 2006.

Jack Crevalle

This jack took a surface popper. I was fishing with Capt Scott Hamilton in the Palm Beach inlet. (Jan 2006)

A nice jack from the Palm Beach inlet (the boil). They were schooled up in the boil and very aggressive. We caught a dozen or so before moving on for tarpon. (Jan 2006)

Masheer

This masheer was caught on the Cauvery River in Southern India. I caught 3 fish, ranging from 10 to 30 pounds. I was fishing out of a jungle camp in December of 2005. 

American Shad

Trophy shad? No, but I've only fished for shad this one time and this was the size we were catching them. I guess this is a male. Females are supposed to get to 4 pounds. I caught this fish on the St. Johns River in central Florida. (Jan 2006)
